Wind whistling around the house all morning so only one choice for the afternoon... Having been in landlocked Stuttgart for 3 weeks it was fantastic to get out on the 7m Switchblade for 3 hours. Some big waves further out, couldn't avoid one and got the whole wash-rinse-spin cycle and put the kite in the water, but fortunately get it relaunched pretty smartish before it got swallowed as well.

Wind was strong enough to flatten the chop so some nice smooth stuff between the breakers.

Derek and Blashito also got out later in the afternoon.

Good forecast for the next few days and weekend.

Note that Dafydd has (last weekend I believe) put a new combo lock on the gate - I spent an hour chasing down his phone numbers before I could get in to the car park...
